How to share files between schools [Print This Page]
Find the file you would like to share.
Right click on that file and select Copy
Go to the K: Drive and select the Staff Folder
Double click on the folders that you want to put the file in.
Once in the folder where you want to save, right click in the open space and select Paste
You will now see the file appear and other staff members now have access to it.
If another staff member would like to copy that file into their H: drive, they would right click on the file and select copy. Then they need to go into their H: drive, find an open space, right click and select paste.
Please note- Files may only be modified by the owner. If you wish to modify someone else's file, you must rename it and/or save it in a different folder or drive.
